More like Xbox FUN amiright?

Today earlier Microsoft held an event to reveal to everyone the next generation (from them anyways) of gaming with the newest Xbox. They called it the "Xbox One" and although the event was light on actually showing a solid number of games I'd buy the system for...here is why I AM however psyched about the console so far and am looking forward to E3 even moreso as a result.

My Top 10 Super Mario Tunes!

So I'm going to inject some different kind of entertainment here instead of just reviews...and maybe I could start it off with a "Top 10" list. At first when the thought occurred to me I didn't know what I should go over because quite frankly I overload my time (when it's not with work) with a multitude of ways of entertaining myself be it a video game, anime, movie, or something else. I love entertainment mostly along the lines of 'geeky' things: it's what I am. Nothing came to me until I realized I couldn't get a few tunes out of my head.

COINS COINS COINS COINS COINNNNNSSSSSSS.

Wow. It's like you're playing a game that has the number of coins from all of Super Mario 3 and World but in a mere few stages. This game is nuts...but addicting! Does it shower you with as many coins as it does lives, effectively making the weight of death easier on you, the player? Yes, but don't mistake that for the game's quality being shot in the foot. If there's anything 2D Mario's good at (past Lost Levels, anyway) it's being quality fun from beginning to end.

Feeling like I wanna hug a tree suddenly.

You don't usually figure a title with the simple name "Flower" would be made into a game.

Now why is that? Well to be frank...how can you sell it? That's where Thatgamecompany's mindset comes in and..well..somehow makes it into not a video game but an 'experience'. I don't usually review things like this where it's based purely on 'experience' or things like 'atmosphere' unless it's from my favorite horror series (which is Silent Hill) but for Flower...there was something a bit more.

Save the big breast puns and jabs for the end of the review.

Dead or Alive 5 is anything but a $60 ($80 in my case) method to buying digital fanservice because it's *gasp* actually a fantastic game...if not a bit lacking on some features. But that's okay because Dead or Alive is finally back as a franchise and we're here to see it bounce its way back into glory.

Let me tell you the tale of a man that went from 'lame replacement of main character' to 'baddest badass since Ryu Hayabusa'...his name is Jack.

Sonic Generations (HD)

It may be short-lived, it may be bittersweet, but trust my words when I say that Sonic The Hedgehog has returned completely. Let's celebrate his 20 years together and welcome him back the best way we can: with a game that brings to you, the fan, everything that is his best in one single game.

It's okay guys, you don't have to be worried anymore.
