So yeah, My Little Pony's 4th generation of animation gets so popular that it eventually gets a movie. But it's not what you think: they become HUMAN in this one. So then, why is it attached to the name "My Little Pony" at all? Well if you keep reading you'll find out, trust me.

Fan Fiction:The Game

Not that there's anything wrong with fan fiction, oh no. One of my friends is writing one and I often roleplay BUT THE POINT IS that if you're into crossovers thanks to other successful games that do the same crazy concept but just as good (Ex: Super Smash Bros, Marvel vs Capcom) then you're probably going to really like this game too.

I don't usually fall into the hype of things when it involves tits and violence like a common anime trope...but Lollipop Chainsaw managed to grab me anyways. Perhaps that's thanks to the interesting take on the zombie genre that's flooded the market, or the ludicrous idea that a cheerleader that hunts zombies with her own chainsaw is stupid but interesting.

...or maybe it's because of this game's advertising in North America and using the -extremely- sexy Jessica Nigri (who herself is a big gamer) to cosplay officially as Juliet Starling in this game's commercials and promotional ads.

Either way it got me sucked in, so what exactly is the deal with a game with a stupid but weird name like this?

More like Xbox FUN amiright?

Today earlier Microsoft held an event to reveal to everyone the next generation (from them anyways) of gaming with the newest Xbox. They called it the "Xbox One" and although the event was light on actually showing a solid number of games I'd buy the system for...here is why I AM however psyched about the console so far and am looking forward to E3 even moreso as a result.

My Top 10 Super Mario Tunes!

So I'm going to inject some different kind of entertainment here instead of just reviews...and maybe I could start it off with a "Top 10" list. At first when the thought occurred to me I didn't know what I should go over because quite frankly I overload my time (when it's not with work) with a multitude of ways of entertaining myself be it a video game, anime, movie, or something else. I love entertainment mostly along the lines of 'geeky' things: it's what I am. Nothing came to me until I realized I couldn't get a few tunes out of my head.

Wow. It's like you're playing a game that has the number of coins from all of Super Mario 3 and World but in a mere few stages. This game is nuts...but addicting! Does it shower you with as many coins as it does lives, effectively making the weight of death easier on you, the player? Yes, but don't mistake that for the game's quality being shot in the foot. If there's anything 2D Mario's good at (past Lost Levels, anyway) it's being quality fun from beginning to end.
